Yes. Windsor is about five miles from our shop and Waunakee is around ten. Both are inside the area we drive to regularly, along with towns further out like Lodi and Stoughton. If you're not sure your town is covered, just ask when you call.

My house is from the 1980s - is that why my spring broke?

Likely, yes. A big share of the housing around here was built between 1959 and 2001, with the median build year around 1986, which puts a lot of original torsion springs well past their rated cycle life right now. That's one of the most common calls we get.

Do you replace garage doors or only repair them?

What if my opener model is old and parts aren't common?
