Arlington sits about 12 miles from our shop in Sun Prairie, and we don't keep a second location or a drop box out this way - every truck that shows up for a job here started its day in Sun Prairie. That matters for one reason: it's why we don't promise a same-day slot for every call. If your spring lets go on a Tuesday morning, we work you into the route, but we're honest that a rural stretch like this doesn't get the same turnaround as a job three blocks from the shop.
What we can promise is that the drive doesn't change the work. A torsion spring, a bent track, or a dead opener board gets fixed the same way whether the truck came from next door or from twelve miles off. We just ask that you build the drive time into your expectations when you call, especially in winter when the roads between here and Sun Prairie slow everybody down.

Median household income here runs $97,031, just under the broader area's $98,943 - close enough that it doesn't change what people spend on garage door work, but distinct enough that we don't treat this pocket as identical to the rest of the map.
That smaller household count is part of why we don't stock a dedicated truck or parts cache for Arlington specifically. It's a lower-volume area for us, reached from Sun Prairie rather than served from a local base, and we plan parts runs accordingly rather than promising same-day inventory for every job.
